I joined EDS as they were part-way through building various corporate systems for the Civil Aviation Authority. These systems were mostly MSA packages and the ones I worked with included:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- General Ledger
Much of the time was spent producing System Specification, User Guide, and Acceptance Test plans. However, my personal favourite at the time was the task of producing and delivering Training packages. I also was involved in providing user support during user testing.
After successful implementation I went to Dallas to attend the EDS systems engineers training course for 10 weeks. On returning from the course I returned to the CAA account and assumed control of the acceptance testing and planning of the MSA Project Tracking system.
